Welcome to CarBazzar India! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of CarBazzar India's Website, located at carbazzarindia.com.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use CarBazzar India if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Listing Review & Approval

All listings may go through a review process and the approval of a listing will be at the discretion of CarBazzar India. Prospective buyers will see images only after they are approved by our team. Rest of the vehicle details will be visible instantly after the Ad goes live.

2. Free Listing Policy

An individual user can list only two cars as part of the free listings plan. If a user wants to upload a third car, he/she will have to delete one of the existing live cars from CarBazzar India to maintain the limit.

3. Seller Certification & Responsibility

As a Seller, you certify that all information provided by you against your listed car is true, accurate, and complete.

The Seller is alone responsible for completing and verification of the documentation part, including ownership transfer and NOCs, before concluding the sale. Any sale concluded on the part of the Seller shall be the sole responsibility of the Seller.

4. Free Listing Plan Eligibility

The Free listing plan is brought to you by Delente Technology Private Limited ("CarBazzar India") and is open only to individuals or private party sellers who list their car for sale on CarBazzar India. Dealers, brokers, or those individuals who regularly trade in cars are not eligible for the free plan.

5. Rights to Alter or Withdraw

CarBazzar India reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any or all of the terms and conditions of the plan at any time without prior notice.

6. Communication Authorization

By listing your vehicle, you authorise CarBazzar India / Delente Technology Pvt. Ltd. to call, email, or SMS you in connection with your car Advertisement and related services.

7. Abuse and Misuse Policy

Users will not abuse or misuse the website or engage in any activity which violates the terms of this Agreement or any applicable laws. In any such case, CarBazzar India may suspend the user account or permanently debar him/her from accessing the Website without prior warning.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this scheme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, India only. The existence of a dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against CarBazzar India.

Any individual who lists his/her vehicle on CarBazzar India availing the plan accepts the Terms and Conditions specified above in total.
