Delente Technology Private Limited (The Company or CarBazzar India) operates a marketplace platform under the brand name, 'CarBazzar India' (Platform) for the purposes of facilitating the sale and purchase of new and used vehicles between third party vendors and the customers of the Platform.

Although you may be able to conduct payment and other transactions through the Platform using third-party vendors, the Company is not in any way involved in such transactions. As a result, you hereby agree, understand and acknowledge that CarBazzar India is only a facilitator and is not and cannot be a party to or control in any manner any transactions on the Website.

Accordingly, the contract of purchase of products on the website shall be a strictly a bipartite contract between you and the sellers on the Website. Further, you agree, understand and acknowledge that:

• The Company is only operating a marketplace for selling the products owned by the third-party sellers and the Company shall not hold title to the Products at any point of time.
• You have the option to purchase the product through Platform or directly with third-party seller at their locations.
• In the event your booking is confirmed/ purchase is affected through the Platform, the Company will collect the Selling Price or part-payment (deposit) only on behalf of the third-party seller.
• Amount collected by the Company towards deposit cannot be concluded as sale of the product. No Tax shall be deducted from the Selling Price or deposit.
• The Company will issue a document towards booking confirmation which does not guarantee a successful purchase unless the same is honored by the third-party sellers.
• We shall neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of sellers nor any breach of conditions, representations or warranties by the sellers or manufacturers.
• The Company shall not and is not required to mediate or resolve or assist in any dispute or disagreement between you and the third-party seller.

3. Consulting Services

Any decisions to purchase any product available at the Platform will be based solely on the Visitor's independent evaluation of the products. It is the responsibility of the Visitor to evaluate the completeness, accuracy or usefulness of any opinion, guidance or other content made available on the Website. 4. Accounts and Membership

If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. We may suspend, disable, or delete your account if we determine that you have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

The Company owns and holds all the rights for the information, contents, audio, video, logos and trademarks contained in this Website. Any reproduction, modification, or distribution without the prior written permission of the Company is strictly prohibited.

6. Evidence of Transactions

CarBazzar India's own records of transactions maintained through computer systems or otherwise shall be accepted as conclusive and binding for all purposes.

7. Payment

All payments made against the purchases on the Website by you shall be in Indian Rupees only. Before concluding a sale, Seller may request you to provide supporting documents (Govt. issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used.

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, shall CarBazzar India, its employees and directors be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this Website.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Except as specifically set forth herein, all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Gurgaon.

You authorize CarBazzar India to call, send SMS and email on the contact number and email ID made available by you to offer you information and services for the product you have opted for.
